We believe that we give more attention to our plant, our product, and your order than any other pole supplier. We build nearly all our own equipment and build it for heavier duty service to assure us reliable production and delivery.
Our scheduling manager is in the same office as our sales department so you can place your order and get a delivery date in one efficient call. We tell our new employees that the very best job they can currently do is not good enough for us but that we'll teach them how to reach our standards.
Our return policy is simple: if you don't like a pole that is delivered, put it back on the truck and we'll replace it. Two of our owners live in homes adjoining the plant property.
When we receive your order, we do everything possible to meet your scheduling needs - or we tell you that we cannot. Our boom unloaders are built with extra wide clamps to reduce damage to poles.
